Entep Properties was formally established in 1983. The Company comprises of a winning partnership between Essar and Cheshire West and Chester Council.

Entep's main objectives are to promote and encourage industrial and commercial activity within the borough, with particular emphasis on assisting the formation and development of new small businesses.

Entep Properties can offer industrial units and office space at two prime locations in the Ellesmere Port area; Canal Bridge Enterprise Centre and Rother Drive Business Centre.

There are 57 units on Canal Bridge Enterprise Centre ranging in size from 300 Sq Ft ? 2500 Sq Ft and a further 9 units at Rother Drive Business Centre ranging from 470 Sq Ft ? 2855 Sq Ft.
